New Addition

Grandma Lois has a new addition in her home.
It was a stray cat, very skinny and on the streets for at least 5 weeks;
until he found, Paula, the lady across the street.
She has two birds and a cat already, so she dare not take in another.
Though an animal lover, she couldn't stand to see the poor cat go without food.
She fed him and he kept returning at night to get some food.
One night, the phone rings and Paula insists that Lois come and see the green eyed homeless cat.
Sure enough, she thought she could use a friend.
He is a good cat, though Lois gets annoyed with him quite often.
He jumps onto the counters and hardly eats the hard food, and he has gotten stuck in the sink drainer.
His most annoying thing of his is that he "kneads" as if he has to pat down anything he sits on.
Lois laughs and I think loves it deep down, but she rarely admits to it.
He even tries to sleep with her at night.

He wants to be outside like most cats do and she was very fed up with him trying to get out, so she kicked him out.
Worried and hoping he would come back, is what she thought, but could only talk about how annoyed she was.
He's home again and she's secretly thankful.
She loves him.

That is, Billy Huberd.
